How to make a return
You have 14 days after delivery to drop off your parcel. Start by telling us which country you are returning from.

The refund goes back to your original payment method, within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.
Return fee: 9,99 €, deducted from your refund. You pay nothing upfront.
Return fee: 11,99 €, deducted from your refund. You pay nothing upfront.
Return fee: 12,99 €, deducted from your refund. You pay nothing upfront.
Return fee: 15,99 €, deducted from your refund. You pay nothing upfront.
Returns are not accepted from this country
Our portal covers France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy. A parcel sent from any other country cannot be accepted or refunded.
Step 2
Give the exact date the parcel was delivered to you. An incorrect date means the return is refused when it reaches us, and the parcel is sent back to you at your own cost.
Step 3
How it works
On the portal, with your order number and the items concerned.
You receive it within minutes, together with the instructions to send the parcel.
At the post office or drop-off point given in that email.
Step 4
Conditions to meet
If any of these conditions is not met, the return will not be accepted and the parcel will be sent back to you at your own cost.
- Drop off the parcel within 14 days of delivery.
- Return the items new and unworn, with their tags attached.
- Use the original packaging only.
Good to know
- One request per order. An item slipped into the parcel without being declared cannot be refunded.
- Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
