🚚 Delivery

• France: Express delivery with GLS (2 days) or to a pick-up point with Mondial Relay (3 to 5 days)

• Europe: Express delivery with UPS (2 days) or to a pick-up point with Mondial Relay (3 to 5 days)

• International: Express delivery with UPS (3 to 4 days)

🕛 Shipment splitting

If your order contains a pre-order item, then your entire order will be shipped at the same time when we receive the pre-ordered item.

However, you will receive an email allowing you to pay the delivery charges a second time so that we can first send the available items and then the pre-ordered item(s) from your order.

🔁 Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to make a return on our returns portal.
