Your order leaves our warehouse the same day or the next day, Monday through Friday.
Delivery times
Europe: 2 to 6 days
United States: 3 to 7 days
Rest of the world: 4 to 8 days
These timeframes begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Taxes and customs fees
In the United States, customs duties and taxes are already included in the displayed price. You will not have to pay anything to the delivery driver.
For the European Union, there are no customs fees because we ship from Europe.
Shipping fees
They are calculated at checkout based on your country and the delivery method selected. You will see them before confirming your order, never afterward.

Pre-order item
If your order contains a pre-order item, we will wait until we have received all the items before sending them to you in a single shipment. After purchase, you will receive an email allowing you to split your shipment if you would prefer to receive the available items right away.

We have set up a returns portal so everything can be handled in just a few clicks: declare your return, print the label we send you, and drop off the parcel at the pickup point of your choice.
How to make a return
Accepted countries
France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy.
Requirements
The item must be new, unworn, with its tag attached, and folded in its original packaging.
Once we receive your parcel
You will be refunded to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt at our warehouse.
