You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Everything happens on our returns portal: you declare the items concerned, we send you a prepaid label, and you drop the parcel at a pick-up point.
Conditions
- 14 days, not one more. The parcel must be dropped off within 14 calendar days of delivery, counting the day of receipt as day one. After that, the return is refused even if the label was generated in time, and reshipping costs are yours.
- Items new and unworn, with their tags, odour-free, folded right-side out in their original packaging.
- One request per order. Select every item in one go: an item slipped into the parcel without being declared cannot be refunded.
- The choice is final. Once store credit or a refund is confirmed on the portal, it cannot be changed.
Return fees
Fees are deducted from your refund or store credit: you pay nothing upfront.

Original delivery charges are not refunded. Returns are not accepted from countries not listed in this table.
Store credit or refund
Store credit is valid across the whole site, with no expiry date. It is sent as soon as your return is confirmed — before the parcel even reaches us — and its fees are lower.
A refund is issued to the payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days from the parcel arriving at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Faulty item or our mistake
If you receive a damaged item, or an item different from the one you ordered, do not use the portal: write to us directly at hello@ava-be.com with a photograph. The return and the replacement are then entirely at our expense.
This falls under the statutory guarantee of conformity, which is separate from the return right described above: it applies for two years from delivery and costs you nothing.
