How to make a return?

It is absolutely necessary that all these conditions are respected for your return to be accepted:

- Submit your return within 14 days of receiving your package.

- Return the package in its original packaging .

- Items must be new, with tags, unworn and odorless.

Please note: if one of the conditions is not met, the return will not be accepted, you will not be reimbursed and we will charge you the costs of returning your package to your home.

The return costs will be:

- free if you opt for a voucher for the amount of your order.

- at your expense ( €7.95 ) if you opt for a refund to your bank account.
