Delivery times
Europe: 2 to 6 days
United States: 3 to 7 days
Rest of the world: 4 to 8 days
These timeframes begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Taxes and customs fees
In the United States, customs duties and taxes are already included in the displayed price. You will not have to pay anything to the delivery driver.

For the European Union, there are no customs fees because we ship from Europe.

Shipping fees
They are calculated at checkout based on your country and the delivery method selected. You will see them before confirming your order, never afterward.

You'll always know where your package is
A tracking link is sent to you as soon as your order ships, and we are available by email at hello@ava-be.com

Pre-order item
If your order contains a pre-order item, we will wait until we have received all the items before sending them to you in a single shipment. After purchase, you will receive an email allowing you to split your shipment if you would prefer to receive the available items right away.

Starting from the delivery date, which counts as day one.
